What is a kettlebell?
A kettlebell is an ancient tool known to originate from 18th century Russia. It looks like an iron shot-put or bowling ball with a handle.
What can I do with a kettlebell?
You can do anything with a kettlebell that can be done with a dumbbell, such as presses, squats, and lunges. There are drills unique to the kettlebell however, such as swings, snatches, and get-ups.
How many kettlebells do I need?
Because a kettlebell is a compact hand-held gym, you only need one. As you advance, you may choose to use two bells of the same weight, or use a heavier bell. Women generally start with an 8kg (or 16 pound) bell and progress to a 12kg (26 pound) bell. Men generally start with a 16kg (36 pound) bell and progress to a 24kg (54 pound) bell.
How is kettlebell training different than traditional weight training?
You can do unique kettlebell drills with dumbbells, but because the center of gravity is displaced on the dumbbell, the benefits of training with a kettlebell can not be replicated. With the center of gravity in the center of the kettlebell, the joints are strengthened, not weakened and vulnerable as can be in traditional weight lifting.
Because of its compact size, and need of only one bell, many "kettlebellers" prefer to train outside. Kettlebell training will get you to view “working out” in a whole different paradigm. Training with a kettlebell is fun, convenient, and the bell takes up as much room as a bowling ball. So it can travel with you any where you go.
What are the benefits of training with kettlebells?
Mobile, you can train anytime, anywhere
Durable
Easy to use and learn
Inexpensive
A single bell is an entire gym in your hand
Trains movements, not muscles
Hacks away the fat without the inconvenience of going to the gym
Blends flexibility, mobility, and strength
What is Z-Health?
Z-Health was a movement based system established by Chiropractor Dr. W. Eric Cobb because he was tired of the “parking lot syndrome.” Constantly frustrated by realigning clients, then having his work undone by the time they reached the parking lot, he designed a system for the client to adjust themselves, and make the change permanent by altering the individual’s central nervous system.
Z-Health is a comprehensive approach to individual movement and pain needs.
Z-Health addresses individuals as such and teaches us how to holistically heal ourselves without drugs or additional tools.
What can I do with Z-Health?
Z-Health can be used to improve mobility of anyone from elite athlete to senior citizen. The system can be applied to regain lost range of motion, or during workouts and training sessions to enhance performance.
How is Z-Health different than traditional stretching?
Z-Health addresses the individual’s proprioceptive, visual, and vestibular systems to “take off the brakes.” As a Z-trainer, one never underestimates the power of an individual’s central nervous system. In order to change the body, you have to change the mind.
What are the benefits of Z-Health?
Regain lost mobility
Enhance sport and job performance
Move pain free
Understand why you are hurt and know how to heal yourself regardless of how long you have been in pain.

Ass kicker and name taker!! Rated 10 out of 10
I've been working with Sara for about 6 months now and she is truly rockin'!! After our first workout I became addicted! I get an awesome workout and feel like I've accomplished something each and every time. I'm constantly learning new things about kettlebells and about what I can physically be pushed to achieve. I can't tell you how many times she has shown me my next move and I told her she's crazy, but then after I've done it ( and didn't die! ) I think holy crap! She knows how to push me and knows what I'm capable of even when I don't. She's an outstanding teacher and knows her sh&%t!! I honestly can't wait until my kettlebell workouts! Like I said before, Sara is ROCKIN!!

Awesome Trainer! Rated 10 out of 10
I traveled to Vegas on business and had the pleasure of being trained by Sara. She is a true professional. She helped me improve my technique on the core kettlebell exercises and also taught me the importance of improving joint mobility. In addition to being a technically strong trainer, Sara is fun and inspirational. The next time I visit Las Vegas I will definitely look up Sara.

Great instructor Rated 10 out of 10
I had been doing kettlebells for about a year but was basically powering through it and didn't really know how to do some stuff. She did a very good job of teaching me the proper form. She always had a different program for every work out and kept things busy. Being in the military she had to be very flexible with my schedule and she was very accommodating.

Simply the Best Rated 10 out of 10
Sara was my RKC instructor last weekend in San Jose and I must say she was very good. She took the time to teach us all the necessary skills to pass the RKC without making us worry about the small details. She was also very much into our team and truly thought we were the best out there. She believed in us, gave us everything she knew to be the best, and we all came out on top.
Thanks Sara! And when we meet again my wrist will be very straight in my cleans and get ups!

Awesome Instructor! Rated 10 out of 10
I have been doing Kettlebell for over a year and am going to RKC for certification at the end of April. I have had the great fortune to train with two other kick-ass instructors back home and during a recent trip to Vegas, Sara and I had a great workout. Sara is extremely passionate about what she does and it comes through with her clients. She is meticulous on technique and is truly concerned for the safety of her clients. I cannot wait to go back to Vegas to have another session. She is awesome!
