KB/Z Workshops in New Mexico

I'm heading back out west for the weekend. Catch up with me at Keira Newton's Studio in Santa Fe on Sunday, 7 Dec and Zar Horton's Studio in Albuquerque on Monday evening, 8 Dec.

At Keira's you will learn the secrets to refining kettlebell technique using advanced Z-Health concepts.

At Zar's you will learn intermediate and advanced Z-Health concepts that apply to any and all sports to make you stronger, quicker, and more resilient.
